The downed player revive wasn’t glitched, the guy was crouched reviving his teammate on the ramp so it tilted the model so it kinda looked like crawling but it was actually just crouched.

Basically there was 2 guys the bottom guy was crouched not downed so he revived the other one and then killed him

Explanation to the downed player getting up: the person beside them was crouched in a way that looked like the were down, and they revived the downed guy
