Biological Dad Banned from Seeing Son?

A Florida Dad was told by the court that he has no rights to see, talk to, support, or help raise his son because the son’s mother is now married to another man. How can this be legal?

Anyone who tries to keep a parent from seeing their child, or poisoning that child against the other parent is incredibly selfish and damaging everyone involved. There is no excuse for this woman to do what she has done, it's wrong and hurtful towards the father and completely traumatizing for him to have his child stolen from him, and the child will also be hurt, but unknowingly the woman is also sabotaging and hurting herself, because when the child grows up and knows what she did the child will RESENT it's mother, and there will be no trust or love between them. I grew up with parents trying to alienate me from one another, a mother claiming my father was abusive, and a father claiming my mother was manipulative and evil. No child should be put in that position to be pressured to hate one parent or choose sides.. in the end i resented them both, and to this day as an adult i have no real relationship with ether one of them. Lady you are not only hurting a good father, you are hurting your child, and ultimately yourself. Hiding behind yet another man will not protect you from this. Do right by the father of your child and try to salvage what you can. There are many successful "co-parenting" families, it's not all about you anymore.

If there is one thing the courts have taught me in this country, it is this: you are only a dad so long as the mother says you are. You can be a wallet, treated like a criminal, do all the right things. But you are not a dad without her permission. Four days a month cannot make you a dad. You can claim it does and pretend that it does. But in the end you cannot make 4 days equal to the 26 days you don't get them. With the said. I have to admit that I feel little pity for this man that decided to sleep around with a married woman. I feel even less pity for the husband that took back his slutty wife. That child will be around for a couple of decades. Reminding him everyday that his wife is a slut. And if she divorces him, he will be paying child support on a kid that isn't even his.

I do not agree with the dad not getting to see the I do NOT agree that a home with two married parents is not the ideal environment for a child. I also do not think that the concept of a well established home with two parents should be an "outdated" concept.
