I once told a friend that Accra Ghana isn't among top 4 cities in west Africa, he was arguing, if you haven't been to cities outside your country don't do comparison with sentiments.. the top 5 cities in west Africa are Lagos, Abidjan, Abuja, Dakar, Accra .. i have traveled and spend time in those cities.. you must have been to those cities before i will take your argument serious
