This track plays and unlocks during the fight with Akkha in the Tombs of Amascut raid.

The Tombs of Amascut is a raid set in the Kharidian Desert, within the Jaltevas Pyramid at the necropolis. To participate in the raid, players will have to complete the Beneath Cursed Sands quest.

Necropolis is located south of Sophanem and west of Menaphos in the Kharidian Desert, which is located south of Misthalin, west of Mos Le'Harmless and east of Karamja.

Julian Surma is a fucking beast when it comes to making epic tracks for boss fights. TOB and TOA have some of the best tracks in the game by far.

Probably a coincidence, and there are a couple other time signature changes earlier, but the transition from 3/4 to 4/4 happens right about at 3:40, neat

Granted, it's not exactly at 3:40 and I'd probably say 6/4 is probably more correct than 3/4 but let's all just ignore that and pretend this is jagex's lateralus
