Hell yeah! Being able to see your stats is a feature I honestly feel like roguelikes should come with out the gate, so this is great to see. Also, love all the customization. Being able to change the theme of the UI seems like such a small feature but its always something I really appreciate

That new hud is insanely good, like way better than ive seen in most videogames, even stuff like AAA games. Really great job!
Theres only a few things ive got feedback on:
-I feel like the seed should only be visible when the minimap is expanded, the seed isnt really information you need, or even want at all times.
-I really like how colourful the old map was, just felt more fun that way, tho the new map is way better in all other aspects. (not really an issue just dont see colourful, fun stuff in ui usually)

Just found this absolute gem in my youtube feed and has just binge watched all the devlogs. Love the way the game has evolved and congrats on being done with college! 🥳
I have some feedback though:
1: The game at it's current state seem to differ a lot from the original food pyramid theme you had, are you gonna keep the theme for future levels or are that concep scrapped?
2: It would be really cool to see like a playable character wielding some kind of Uzi or submaachine gun, their story being that they are a bandit or a criminal or a raider of some sort that in some way ended up on this planet and tried to make their way back, the uzi shooting a lot of small bullets quickly but with a big spread and pretty decent reload time.
Once again, absolutely love what you have done and will happily follow your jorney through finnishing this masterpiece

I think it might be cool if the shotgun characters ability is the a super version of the dash. It would help them close the gap and dash through foes!

Love this kind of customization options, and the UI looks slick too !
Could be very cool to have UI themes as unlockable rewards in the game, say for reaching a stage, beating a boss, completing a challenge or whatever, would be a cool progression feedback that very few games use.
I think Hades has a very light version of that with the badge promotion thing you can buy in Hades' room, not sure if it has any gameplay effect but it does change a bit of the UI next to the player health bar.
Noita has a subtle and slightly different approach of that, you can find in the end room status after completing certain challenges, and even gain highly coveted cosmetics by completing the game's hardest secrets and challenges.
These kind of cosmetic features are especially cool for communities, competitions, and speedrunners, people can show off their achievements by having those prestige aesthetics, I guess it can encourage content creators to pick up the game too, imagine something like "The quest for the rarest theme in Sundercore".

Anyway, I like the look and feel, as a new viewer that's an instant hook, great job !

UI is looking really great. Only thing I would say is that some of the ui expansion options might be difficult to use with a controller

amazing progress as always. I'm curious, if you could please go into further detail about how you've implemented the game speed variable(4:28). I was planning something similiar as a slow-mo or time-pause effect in my game, but have no idea how this works. ty so much

The generation is a massive improvement, will really make each game feel more unique. The customizable UI is also super clean, the game is really looking nice!
