@ Andrew Taylor : Sure ! You can choose the Cab. Sim. Out or in that case the Line Out into your DAW and add any I.R. in there than.

Did you use cam sim out for recording? If yes, then it's bad cause we can't hear quality of LoadBox. If you recorded line line out & applied IR in the DAW then quality of LoadBox is very pure.

So would it be possible to run the amp to power eater and then running that into my DAW and adding my own impulse response?

it sounds like the Line out was recorded directly without any cab.sim. It sounds shrill for me...
