I listened to Dr. Adam's lectures one time as a medical student when he was giving out a lecture....he is a genius! such an honor to have listened to that lecture.

Ihave had  been surgery in my mitral valve, 16 years ago, now Iam 68, and I have the tricuspide valve severe damage, but doctors here say that es very risky to have a surgery in that valve, that usually, that surgery doesnt go well when times go by.. and I dont have the money to make me this surgery in the United States, where really you have more experience in that kind of surgery....i FEEL VERY TIRE TIRED WHEN I walk even small distances, and my liver is congestive, because of the bad fuction of this tricuspide valve.
