Nice! AD =18; AD' = AD + 6 = 24; DE = 30 → DD' = 6 → D'E = √(900 - 36) = 12√6
QE = 15; EF = 21 → QF = √(441 - 225) = 6√6 → x = D'E + QF = AB = 18√6

It says CB=6^2 instead of 6^6.
