[Netplay Friendlies] - Captain Pretzel (Kirby) vs. Codeman (Pichu) - 2021-05-04

Backlog time! Bumped into Codeman the Pichu legend on unranked a few weeks ago and some super fun games. *_* Got to see a lot of neat new Pichu stuff I hadn't seen before, definitely got my butt handed to me not knowing how to deal with a lot of Pichu's stuff. The thunder combos were super neat and feel faster than Pikachu's, meaning Pichu gets to use them in a lot more situations than I'd have expected. The nairs are super hard to deal with -- in theory Kirby's bair just beats them straight up, but with timing, spacing, and height mixups it's a little easier said than done to hit the tiny boi. ;-; And of course Codeman's movement is super clean and mine was rather sloppy when we played, but even if I were moving cleaner I feel like Pichu's fast enough to kind of dance circles around me and force me to read movement rather than react to it. All in all definitely need to learn a lot more about this matchup. :O GGs Codeman! c(^_^)7
