What would be really useful is a video showing how to adjust the case/kickstand and also how to rotate it with the sun as the case/kickstand is simply too flimsy. What would be really great is if Ecoflow's product designers built a collapsible Tripod/Easel type stand (so panels are off the ground) and it's easy to change the angle by moving the rear leg away, or to rotate by lifting the front legs and rotating around the rear leg.... Hmmm... Money making idea forming here.

I have had my Ecoflow solar battery for about 7 months and love it. But…I just received my 200 watt portable solar panels yesterday and the instructions were useless. I finally ended up just leaning them up against my van on a slight angle and I’m getting about 180 watts which is enough to keep it at 100% with my fridge plugged into it. It would be nice if the instructions were written for someone who has never owned a solar panel before.

A more useful video would have been how to setup from out of the box etc. Then talk about using the solar panel. The instructions on the box are not useful at all. I expect better information for the price paid.

Am I supposed to do something besides plug the solar panel into the Delta Pro? It's a 400 watt panel and it's not showing any input at all.

EDIT* The case won't work in the view you show in this video. There are clips on it for attachment, but it doesn't hold the solar panels up. All of the YouTube videos by third parties seem to show a different (possibly older model) case that is zipped fully open. My case won't fully open like them. The product only came with a Quick Start Guide which is also a waste of paper. Your website has a download which is also similar to the QuickStart and this video. The case you provided doesn't fully unzip to lay flat like that for the 220 watt model.

This video is as worthless as the instructions that are included with the panels. When people tell you EcoFlow provides horrible support, believe them.
