Zoho has a habit of saying things can't be done that definitely can with a little creativity and/or deluge script! Props to Hector, Landon, and team for some creative fixes this week.

Can you clarify possible use cases for the zoho Desk custom lookup fields ? Since tickets ALREADY show the name of the contact and account I'm not seeing what advantage this new feature adds. We're new to Zoho Desk so clearly I'm missing something
