Couldn’t you also call a division of the house for the example of the 2/3 required? Especially if it was a speaking vote.

What can the board do in case of a member’s frequent misuse of point-of-order-privilege (apparently intended to disrupt business).

Can the presiding officer/chairman call a point of order? What if the members of the organization in the meeting has already been discussing matters which are contrary to its By Laws, or unlawful in itself? What shall the chairman/presiding officer do since there is a possibility that he/she will be outvoted by the members discussing/debating on the matter?

Can the presiding officer/chairperson call a point of order? For example the group or its members have proceeded to discuss matters which are contrary to the organizations by laws or laws of the government? What shall the chairperson do since there is a high probability that the members will outvote him?
