Gummy Lego - UK version

Gummy Lego, UK guide to how to make the famous gummy Lego. I am really impressed with the results of our first attempt.

Recipe
1/2 cup of cold water
1/4 cup of Corn syrup (available from Ocado online)
2 sachets of unflavoured gelatin
1 packet of Jelly

Pour water and corn syrup into a jar.
Mix thoroughly,
Add the sachets of gelatin and stir until dissolved. Take your time with this step as if improves results.
Add the Jelly
Slowly heat for about 5min, stirring regularly
Once fully dissolved and mixed you can then pour into the moulds
Place in the fridge for 2 hours

Your can also make a silicon mould - I made mine and bought two from the Lego shop online.

In the UK buy KARO light Corn Syrup, Waitrose £3.50 or Amazon UK £5+

Did you use the entire pack of plain gelatine in this video or just a few sachets? Didn't see how much you actually added to the mixture before the block of jelly. Thanks!
