Why evict people if they've already lost their job. Don't do a double whammy on em. Have compassion. Only collect payments for tenants thst have remained working during this pandemic.

This is where the stimulus money would have came in handy, for people living check to check...they need money NOW! Not 3 weeks from now...everybody can't afford to stash money for a rainy day...and this storm will last a lot longer than a day.

Tenant is a word I hate. It has such a negative connotation associated with it. We are paying customers such like with any other product or service.

I just wish as a people we all stood together for about a year and gave.a big F U to the establishment and just created self sustaining communities. We made our own food and didn't vote didn't abide by their system for about a year. After all that you can pretty much guarantee they'd give us whatever we wanted.
