I had a this issue with my hip, and it turns out that i had a blood clot that cut off circulation to my hip bones. The bone marrow dried out, and i was left with egg shell like bones. If you haven't already, go to a sports doctor

That’s literally me I was born with this thing where my ankles easily extend more than their supposed to so they make me sprain them A LOT!! And everytime I do everyone’s always like “well didn’t u have a sprained ankle last month” and they’re all tryna convince me that I’m lying.
