I just realized that in the beginning, she wasn't looking at us. At the end, she is staring straight into ours souls as maybe for a cry for help or to make us feel guilty as we sat and watched her get "conditioned".

The removing of the voice box was terrifying. The way the video cut and played it fully removed with fresh strings of blood clinging to it...

It’s also scary how after it’s removed you can see blood around her seat after the procedure is over but she’s forced to sit normally.

I never noticed that you can faintly see Poppy’s face in the background of the last black screen if you turn the brightness up all the way. It’s the same face that appears at the end of the Mommy Long Legs commercial. The attention to detail in this game is amazing! Fantastic job Mob Games!

I find it neat that when the voice box got pulled from her back her eyes were closed, like she was put under anesthesia or killed. Makes me wonder what happened there, especially since in the "let me go" scene it looks like her eyes are super wide open in the background

Looking back at this video after 2 years really made me feel good about how far this franchise has come and what MOB Games has in store for it next! Is this what it’s like to be with a horror franchise since it started?

apply paint to her face, followed by:
Step 2: Shine Her Shoes.
Of course a worker sprays the dolls cheeks rosey red and would shine the shoes before boxing the doll for shipping, but Step 2 is where we see Poppy start being humanised doing "REAL GIRL" THINGS like shining her shoes and then we have...

Why would factory workers bother or have time to brush a dolls hair? I have an idea, but I'll explain after my time stamps.

Did you notice we went from Step 1 and Step 2 over to "Step 5 Brush Her Hair".
What happened to Steps 3 &4?

The music changed to sound eerie and like a record playing incorrectly in a record player.

Instead of "Step 6: Doing Something" the instructional video bizarrely says

It looks like Poppy is just leaning forward, facing to the left with her face off camera.

She looks slumped over in the chair as that box is removed from her back, blood up her neck as well and inside her clothes. Very messy, not child friendly.

The sentence "LET ME GO" repeatedly streams down the screen.
0:50 still, we see a hand holding Poppy and the words "She's all better now" on the screen.

Poppy's now seated differently by facing the camera and you can see the large splatters of blood surrounding and under her chair.

Obviously something... went wrong with the video and possibly the Poppy doll as well.

So we started off with what looked like a generic video that must have originally been intended to play when tours were being hosted at the factory to show the children that Poppy needs caring for because "she's a real girl" and imply that staff do it until YOU buy Poppy and care for her.
However, the fact that the beginning of the tape states in capitals "DO NOT CONTINUE TO VIEW THIS TAPE" would imply that this video may have been made attempting to film unusual phenomena occurring or was an instructional video that was high jacked "by someone else" and went wrong.

Within 30 seconds after our warning at the start, the video suddenly used incorect wording and then showed an EXTREMELY NOT child friendly image of Poppy.

From 0:38 to the repeated sentence at 0:50 seems to have been inserted into the instruction video.
The video seems to resume normally until 0:54 when Poppy is seen facing the camera while she sits in a chair with blood spatters beneath it - not child friendly.

However, the fact that this video has two missing maintenance steps BEFORE the videos "errors" became obvious is quite interesting.

It's possible the Poppy dolls may possess psychokinesis or some other form of cognitive phenomena (or the big bad boss we are going to have battle in the end does) in order to psychicly imprint those specific parts onto the instructional video as a dark message to us.

Playtime Co may have tapped into the barely used portions of our brains and unleashed an unexpected array of powers they were not able to control during their experiments.
Did they use the employees? The orphans? It could be anyone at this point.

What we do know is that incorrect wording was also used on the note "that brought us here" and this occured at precisely the 30 second mark when the video went strange and seemed to be sending us another message.

Interesting isn't it?

I feel like the quote “I’m a real girl…Just like you!” Has something to do with the lore of this game…especially the scene after the step 5 scene…
