i remember one time in the library i could hear someone across the room listening to music. i honestly thought they were just blasting music in the library. it wasn't until i passed them on the way out that i realized they were wearing headphones and just absolutely blasting it. i have no idea if they were just deaf or trying to go deaf 😅

Honestly, it sucks when you're listening to something quiet, so you turn the volume up, and then an ad or something comes up, and it's so loud everyone in the room looks at you

It's a little different since they're just out in the open, but it still makes me feel better

I literally blast my music at full volume, I’d be too embarrassed if someone heard my songs I wouldn’t even listen to music😭

Edit: thanks for the concern from people in the comments but I promise I’m fine😅…I blast it loud mostly to help block everything else out as I get easily overstimulated in the smallest of situations. I have however started wearing only one earbud and turning it down about halfway (and no, it’s not too much even if I had both in and blasted it, it’s just how I enjoy my music ^^)
