I think women of every country are jealous, and most men are, too. It's mostly childish and irrational, but it seems to be part of our biology, and reinforced by most cultures today, too. The one difference I've noticed is that many Vietnamese women are extra morally indignant and judgmental of guys who want to date around casually. Even if you're upfront and honest about your intentions, many will criticize you and/or lecture you about how you should want monogamy and marriage instead.
