The Two Paths of Life – Dr. Charles Stanley

The choices we make today determine our tomorrows. If we knew what the consequences were, we would never have made some of our past decisions.


In this message, Dr. Stanley poses a number of questions we should ask ourselves before choosing a path. Jesus says there are only two ways to live. We can walk the godly and righteous path or the path that leads to disappointment and destruction. It all depends on where we want to end up in life and what rules, if any, we want to live by.


Jesus said, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life” (John 8:12).


If we want to get on the right path, we have to place our trust in Christ as the crucified Savior, ask God to forgive us of our sins, and surrender our lives to Him.

I was once on the path of destruction. For many years the false god had a hold of me. his grips tightly grasped me. God came to me and told me no more. He placed me in a position to help others find the narrow path. God is good and praise His holy name. If He can change a person like me, He can and will help you!! Amen!! It's all His glory, not mine!!

To those that know what is right and does not do it. It's sin. By this definition there is no rare random sin. It is daily sin for all. David said, my sin is ever before me.
The thief on the cross, mocked jesus in his hardest moment, then recognized jesus was innocent, he was guilty. And asked that he be remembered when he came into his kingdom. If I am saved by my works or perfection in this flesh. Then I am condemned. I will not boast in this flesh or run to seat of honor. But trust in Jesus
