How to fix Rust server connection failure

I was having issues joining rust servers a couple days ago so I watched a video on how to fix it but it didn't help me out.
What did work for me was only repairing EasyAntiCheat and not verifying integrity of game files afterwards otherwise it messed things up for me.
If this doesn't help then all I can really suggest is to repair easy anti-cheat and then verify integrity of game files afterwards and see if doing it regularly helps you out.
This is something that worked for me and I hope it works for you guys but I apologise if my video doesn't help you out. I did try to make it as short as possible.

Fix- You're virtual memory is set too low! Windows 10 Home guide: (1) Click Start (2) Settings (3) System (4) About (5) On the right hand side scroll down and click "Advanced system settings" to get system properties (6) Click the "Advanced" tab (7) Under performance- click "settings" (8) Click on the Advanced tab again 9) On the Virtual Memory part- click "Change" 10) Define a custom size for your virtual memory. the standard setting for this is way too low. to calculate how much, it should be between 1.5x and 3x the size of your RAM, so if you have 16gb RAM, you should set it to 24000MB initial size and 30000MB maximum size. 6) don't forget to push the "Set" button and apply the settings. 7) you may have to restart your pc before the settings take effect.

Note if you can't set your figures that high and you have a decent RAM on your PC/ laptop its because you don't have enough storage on your PC. Delete storage- you need over 30gb free of space.

For me when i browse my files and i open easyanti cheat it doesnt show “easyanti cheat set up”

Maybe you know this by now but when you want to record something you can just press one button.Go to your Nvidia options and set recording keybinds to what ever you want.So that when you want to record you press one button and to stop you press it again.

2024 same problem nothing seems to work and I have a brand new PC, easy anti cheat is named EasyAntiCheaf EOS + does not even open when i try to open and repair.. Rust is stuck in receiving data and if it somehow manages to join the server i literally have 9000 ping... Link me a solution and may your life be blessed

Literally i click on easyanticheat file and nothing opens... None of any servers are working for me in rust. They load up to 7-9k out of 9.8k and crash and game switches off... The game was working fine yesterday

great, i dont have it there, and thanks to the fact how fucked up EAC is, i cant download it online either. every other fucking aticheat works fine. no errors. but right as i play something with EAC, a milion fucking errors pop up.
