Buses under the brand name Mercedes-Benz have been manufactured by Daimler-Benz since 1926 and by the Daimler subsidiary EvoBus since 1995.
The internationally active Daimler Buses division of Daimler AG is one of the largest manufacturers of buses, of which Mercedes-Benz is just one of the brands today.
For 125 years Mercedes-Benz has been a major influence and driving force in the development of buses and bus technologies.

It was nice to see the BΙΑΜΑΧ buses, from Greece. The bus shown in 15:36, is actually from my city Iraklion, on the island of Crete. In fact it is written "Σκαλανι" (Skalani, a village nearby) and "Knossos" (the ancient city), in latin alphabet for the tourists. There were some of this model in Iraklion, which I remember very well using them as a teenager.
They were retired, if I 'm not wrong, in the late '90s
I am just pretty sure (ok, 99%) that had manual trasmission
