Both are good product and depend on how much you wants to spend. I use dual 4" isr exhaust on s13 and so far not problem.

Personally, I wouldn't go with either I would put a Jay Z in it. Best motor in my favorite chassis

What mounts are you using in your chassis? I'm trying to figure out if the ISR headers will clear sikky mounts.

Remember in any swap need to go as low mount to clear the hood so isr will win all the way
