As a novice forager, up to date foraging videos like this are so great to help me learn what to expect in the correct season. Loved it, thank you!

Grey squirrels are a damn nuisance, they're destroyed so much of our native local ecology. It seems you you can't pick hazel huts in local woodlands any more in the UK because the squirrels get to them first before they're ripe. It now, sadly, seems very rare to be able to pick quality hazelnuts such as the ones you picked. 200g bag in Tesco £2.75, usually imported. Great video as always. Hogweed seeds as a spice - I hadn't thought of that. Be great if you could do a video on UK seeds including spice seeds, if you haven't already.

What a fantastic video. There's a magical quality of that nature connection that keeps coming through, I love it. Great shots, great editing. Just perfect.

i bought a berry rake before i even bothered picking hawthorne, turns out its a great first berry to collect with one, as the hawthorne tree is adept at teaching you to respect what youre gathering whilst also teaching you how to use a berry rake properly, if you dont respect the hawthorne and just go raking away, it will stab you hahaa
