Derivative of logarithmic function f(x) to the base a, is define as:
Dₓ[logₐf(x)] = 1/lna * 1/f(x) * Dₓ[f(x)]

If a=e

ln(e) = logₑe =1

Dₓ[logₑf(x)] = 1/ln(e) * 1/f(x) * Dₓ[f(x)]

Dₓ[logₑf(x)] = 1/f(x) * Dₓ[f(x)]
