Trump after arraignment spouts baseless claims against Joe Biden

A few hours after being criminally charged over retention of classified documents, Donald Trump before at his golf resort in New Jersey made baseless claims that Joe Biden orchestrated the federal case against him. Trump said he would appoint a special prosecutor to go after Biden if re-elected.
