Heres a tutorial on how to land kyoto everytime
Step 1: Do 4m1s side dash look to your opponent then flowing water
Step 2: when you hear the last bang of flowing water immediately side dash then look to the front do lethal whirlwind
Step 3: and spam hunters grasp m1 (1x) side dash (do uppercut dash dash extender or down slam)

I used to be on mobile and did this combo all the time but when they nerfed Kyoto hit I kinda never got to hit it that much anymore so I switched the computer and I hit it almost all the time

Ngl on PC you can do a much harder variation and it's unshiftlock then click shift lock in the exact moment they are flying like 0.5 seconds before lethal that makes it easier to land but the execution is kinda hard

I do easily for people who don’t know so I wait for flowing water to end then I immeditaely side dash then when flowing water is by me I use lethal and Hold jump with hunters grasp and do a C shape upper cut and spin around that Kyoto

Okay so first
Use flowing wter and when the move stops you side dash wait for 1 sec and lethal whirlwind stream
After kyoto 3 m1s, down slam, hunters grasp, m1, 4 m1s, forward dash, 4 m1s, foreword dash
