IOE-BDA-DPDHL International Conference on Business and Human Rights

IOE, together with the Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA) and world's leading logistics company DPDHL, held the annual International Conference on Business and Human Rights, on 8 April 2022, to examine the way forward on mandatory human rights due diligence (mHRDD) and supply chain management.

This high-level conference brought together global leaders from the UN and business, including Ms Michelle Bachelet, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Dr Thomas Ogilvie, Corporate Board member for HR, Deutsche Post DHL Group, Mr Laurent Freixe, Executive Vice- President Nestlé and Ms Fernanda Hopenhaym, Member of the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights along with highly respected international experts.
