Sanus Simplicity TV Mount - Will it Hold?

I'm mounting my 75" TV to the wall using a Sanus Simplicity TV Mount. Let me show you some concerns and changes from the outgoing model.

Did sanus keep the same model number for the x pattern one and the new one?

great video. i was going to buy this because i was impressed with the SANUS SIMPLICITY SLF226 bracket and how effortlessly it moves. But you are right, the main stem is held by little piddly screws. And yes, with these mounts, they are often level at one position, but you move and then they no longer are. So, I am looking for a mount that not only tilts forwards and backwards but also clockwise and anticlocwise so one can attain the perfect level no matter what the position. If you think you know of a good mount, please post the recommendation below. @reiter Chris - do you have a recommendation for a 55-65" TV?
