Goli Bajji Recipe | How to Make Goli Bajji | Monsoon Recipe ~ The Terrace Kitchen

[PRODUCTS USED]

[INGREDIENTS]

To Make Chutney:

- 1/2 Cup fresh coconut
- 1 Tbsp roasted chana dal
- 1/2 Inch ginger and 1 green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Some water
- 1 Tbsp oil + 1/2 Tsp mustard (raai)
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- Broken dried red chilli

To Make Batter:

- 1 Cup maida
- 1/4 Cup rice flour
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 1/4 Tsp asafoetida(hing)
- 1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
- 1-2 Crushed green chillies
- 1 Tsp crushed ginger
- 1/4 Cup grated fresh coconut
- Salt to taste
- Total 1 & 1/4 cup curd
- Some chopped fresh coriander
- 1/3 Tsp baking soda
