Last night I fought a pack of like 7-8 utahs as a solo teno. I was in center going to help somebody else. They ended up flocking to me. I didn’t panic. I just casually walked to the rocks by center river as they tried to pounce me and stuff they only got 1 pounce before I got to the Rocks. More kept showing up. Im about half bleed When a solo carno starts attacking the utahs down at the lower part of the rocks. Use that as an opportunity to run when my bleed stopped. Was getting ready to cross, but I needed to drink water. I was so low only to get snatched by a Dino. Sad story, but it was like an hour and a half fight

I think that’s my biggest issue is the safety buffer. I didn’t think about that with latency. I’ll have to be more careful.

As a Carno it is best to try and ambush a teno with a charge, whenever i am at swamp i wait in the tall brush and if there is a teno I hear i wait a bit longer untill I see it and it is looking the other direction, charging is good but it won't pull off very effectively if your target already see's you then it can prepair to tail slam you while you charge in

i think this is a very good starting guide to teno!
however, i feel like it is missing tips for more advanced players. ill use myself as an example: i know the moves i am supposed to do, and the gist of all the matchups, but have issues with properly timing the attacks to optimize damage output and accuracy.

but i understand that particular issue is pretty hard to teach, and is more an experience thing! it's the small things that really make the difference between an average and advanced player. if you have any tips on how you time your attacks that would be great!

Can you do a video on how to combat utahs? I was in a long fight with a solo that bled me out and it was so hard to hit due to it’s swiftness. I only got a few claw slashes in and it baited me only when it saw that I stopped bleeding.

What's your recommended Tenonto diet? I was thinking maybe (∴)(∴)(//). For the 15% Stamina regen and 15% Stamina decay decrease.

You say that carnivores can outrun the teno but if you look at the stats, the teno is actually really fast. It’s unfortunate that teno is stuck with utah and carno as it’s only main predators because utah and carno are like the two fastest carnivores in the game.

Once we get more carnivores like cera, allo, Alberto, dilo, sucho and Acro I imagine at least the carno numbers are gonna drop and teno will have more than just speedy bois to worry about!

It's really easy to play teno, just use desync to you advantage and stun carnos without really hitting them
