Storms carrying high winds and hail hit West Melbourne, Florida, on April 26, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued severe thunderstorm warnings for the region. Video filmed by NWS meteorologist Tony Cristaldi shows hail hitting his cars and turning his street into a “river of ice”, he said.
