I remember making remakes out of this when I was a kid.
Crazy thing enough, this was one of the short films that influenced me to do animation as a hobby, but other than that its sound design also inspired my own style of sound editing with heavy layering and mixing.

@amlegobee Thanks. =] I actually came across a study a few months ago that stated many of the buildings in Downtown Los Angeles could collapse regardless of the strict codes they were built to. It's actually scary, since people think they're really safe. But I guess we'll have to wait for the big one to see if our building codes are good enough. =/
