I think you will find the most difficult ‘UK’ place names to pronounce are mainly in Wales and in Gaelic speaking parts of Scotland. Birmingham really isn’t difficult!!!!
Try Milngavie, Llanfairfechan, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Strathaven for starters! You mean English when you talk about ‘British’ as you never mention anywhere outside of England.
