This cleared my doubt for the Quadro RTX 3000 on the surface book 3. I am a doctoral student and I want to perform CFD simulations. Plus i love gaming. I will definately go for surface book 3 with quadro.

If you were trying to benchmark these games why cap your frame rate?

Nvidia has normally included limited cooling for workstation cards. 80* is within the GPU specs and will not damage the GPU but you will need to consider cheeking on your thermal paste once a year. The performance on this card seem to be equal to a 3070 with much lower power draw. If you're on a budget, you could pick this on up used for a decent price although you could probably find a 3080 or 3070ti card at the $300 - $400 price point.

for better audio make sure you have your blue yeti at a side adress angle rather than from the top because the capsule is side adress

Hell, I get similar frame rates while playing in 4k with setting maxed on my 3070. I'm guessing that this is not meant for gaming at all.

But that PC is running a Quadro so this really helps to know

Having Overwatch Render Scale settings on Automatic is a mistake. I wouldn't go above 100% - the frame rate goes all over the place with the automatic setting.
