Showcasing a range of breakbeat style grooves, played on a ‘Big-beat‘ drum set - one aim was to record and achieve a huge, versatile sound without the need for desk EQs.

Some of the grooves featured here draw from the likes of Prince and The Chi-lites via Beyonce.

I keep returning to this video. I'm not exactly sure why-- it's not necessarily my style of drumming, and definitely not my style of music, but it's just such an out-of-this-world groovy beat you play. Well done!
