Gravitas: Russian Senator claims Pak & Ukraine are developing nukes

A Russian Senator has accused Pakistan of helping Ukraine develop technology for Nuclear Weapons. He says Ukrainian specialists even travelled to Islamabad for the same. Molly Gambhir reports.
