The focus on fighting COVID-19 is changing rapidly across all care settings. To assist, Superior Health Quality Alliance (Superior Health) is facilitating weekly, virtual sharing meetings to connect all settings in the continuum of care. All care settings are welcome, including but not limited to:
• clinic
• hospital
• skilled nursing facility
• hospice
• home care agency
• emergency department
Everyone is encouraged to exchange ideas and protocols to streamline processes, limit errors and provide the highest level of care for patients during the Coronavirus emergency.
