you first accessed /accounts-department as a folder or virdir,  then created an application called /accounts. After creating the accounts, can you still access /accounts-department. what is the difference, why convert to/add an application if the path will be the same? how does it function differently?

I am able to access the server locally but not from the outside, can you help with that? Do you have a Video where explain how to access the server from outside and the steps to accomplish that? Web Server is Working fine internally, DNS is working fine as far I know etc.
