CS:GO *NEW* Fix 'game files have no signatures or invalid signatures' | July Update

With the new VAC update, a whole lot of people are locked out of playing competitive matches. This has an easy fix, and this video should work for most people without having to redownload the entire game. Hopefully, this explains it in an easy way.

This update broke my game. When I launch it without the new "trusted" thing my fps is normal but when i move my mouse it goes down to 20, ingame and in the main menu. I've uninstalled cs 3 times, uninstalled steam. restarted the computer, downloaded drivers. nothing works. pls giv help

Just a heads up for anybody encountering the issue, if unchecking the run as admin is the issue for you, THEN REINSTALLING WILL NOT HELP, cause ive tried it before ive tried the fix, worked for me, many thanks to you for posting this <3

So i have tried doing everything u told in the video even uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same issue

I came here after scanning steam forums, reddit and after I verified the integrity of files, restarted steam, restarted PC, deleted my configs and finally reinstalling CSGO, non of which worked for me. At the end all it took was to remove the admin privilege of CSGO to make it work!! Wish I came here before, now all my demos are lost!

watched after completely uninstall and reinstall for such a minor fix
P.S uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work don't try it. Why does valve always does these shitty updates

I have this problem and I tried fixing it through windows firewall unistall and install nothing is changed only thing that worked is I have to verify integrity of game files before every match don't know what could possibly delete game files from this one game and I'm running dota 2 and obviously they use same AC system idk what to do hope someone will find this and help me thank for your time and patience for reading this

Valve is such shitty coproration... this game has existed for 20 years and they still can't fix it!!! matter of fact, hey just make it worse!

Guyz if first method is not working
Close the steam right click on steam
Go to open file location then right click on steam properties then compatibility and click on run this program as administrator
It worked for me hope it'll work also for you
