Hello @MPB,
I recently traded in some Fuji gear to upgrade to a higher-grade Canon R5. Upon receiving the camera, I discovered it wouldn't power on, even after charging the battery. I returned the faulty camera, hoping to get a working replacement of the same grade.
However, I've now been informed after you got the camera back that I need to pay an additional $161.28 due to a Florida tax law that wasn't mentioned earlier when I worked with someone on doing the exchange. This process has been frustrating, and despite numerous chats and a promise of a manager call today that never happened, the last email I got said a manager call would not help
It's been almost a month since this process started, and I’ve already invested significant time and money into this purchase, I really just wanted a working R5, I spent the extra money I had to get a better grade, I can't afford another $161. I feel like I have been scammed...
