I Watched Every Connor McDavid Goal: Here's What I Learned!

He is the epitome of generational talent. He is leagues above everyone else, has since he entered the NHL. He could have ended up in Buffalo, I wonder if he would have been just as successful or if Edmonton surrounded him with the right talent for him to be this unstoppable.

What’s even crazier is to think that his career could have been ended by the injury he suffered at the end of the 2019 season. This type of injury can change players negatively for a long time and even their career, but he elected to not have surgery and instead rehabbed it with innovative ways, and returned the next season showing no Ill effects of the injury.

A lot of players start improving at an older age than McDavid is now, he's been told he was the best since he was very young, I'm guessing 11 or 12. And there can be only one that is the best. That's the difference. When a person has moral support, that is what translates to material success. No moral support or negative support, and you don't succeed at all, it's that simple. As for the goals, he hasn't changed much, he's taking what the defense gives him and this year they're giving him more and he's taking full advantage.

I disagree with you at the end. ''He's proof you don't need a blistering shot to score 50 goals''. Not really though. He maybe doesn't have a Matthews level shot but his shot is still top of the league. Look at that release at 4:20... Insane.
