(+36.2 pips 😁) Forex trade - April 26, 2022

Trade started earlier than usual at 10:44PM (4:44PM HST). I just really liked the setup. Perhaps I was too greedy with my 50 pip TP. Price actually dropped quickly to new lows shortly after I exited. Phew!

Confluences for this trade:
- bounce off MA 20 line
- broke previous candle’s high

I only trade CAD/JPY and USD/CAD usually with a set TP of 20. I base my trade entry and stop-loss mainly on the M30 chart and Moving Average 20. Lastly I mainly stick to NY open (8AM EST) but might occasionally trade London or 0:00 EST if there is important news during NY session.

The time in my videos is based on Hawaii Standard Time (HST) which is why you’d normally see my trades start at “2:00” or “3:00” on the upper left corner of the video depending on daylight savings. It sucks waking up at 2/3AM everyday to trade but that’s the “cost of paradise”!
