I ate at ZERO HYGIENE RATING Restaurants For a Day

So I had the worse idea of only eating at food shops and restaurants with a ZERO hygiene rating for 24 hours! Breakfast, lunch and dinner from places that are about to be closed for health and safety reasons... lol. I hope you like it and don't forget to subscribe for part 2, thanks!

you should do a taste test of food from places with a 5 hygiene rating vs a 1 hygiene rating. and you should have to guess which is from where.

I have heard that if a restaurant has multiple cuisines, thats is a MAJOR red flag. A good restaurant has one specific cuisine that they focus on and can do really well.

I swear Raphael is onto something. The last place looked really sus - no signs of cooking and ingredients/foods whatsoever. What if it is a drug/trafficking/money laundering den disguised as a restaurant??? And they just order a few Domino's early in the day for lost ppl who will show up?

Umm Raph, I think the restaurant you went to for dinner might be a front for some illegal business. Even before you said that it felt shady, I looked at it and was like nope, thats a fake restaurant. I could be wrong ofcourse but it's pretty common with small convenient shops. You can do research on it too if you want. Also, most of these restaurants order food from somewhere else and pack them in their own boxes to seem legit.

Living in the US, it really confuses me that these places are allowed to operate. Here they would be shut down until those improvements have been put in place.

I’m surprised they even allow 0 rating places to stay open. I know in the US they give grades A—F and those places have to show it somewhere visible for customers to see.

That's weird how in England or the US you can have a 0 rating, in Italy if you don't follow the hygiene standard they just close you and give you a big fine. We don't have a scale, everything less then standard is illegal.
