കോപ്പു Boult x50 tws മേടിച്ചിട്ടു 6 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ complaint ആയി, അതു warrenty ക്ലെയിം ചെയ്യാൻ return ചെയ്തു എന്നാൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ അവർ പ്രോഡക്ട് എനിക്ക് തിരിച്ചു അയച്ചു. ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും 2 തവണ കൂടെ ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു അവസാനം ആ പരുപാടി ഞാൻ അങ്ങു നിർത്തി. പറ്റിക്കൽ മാത്രമാണ് അവരുടെ ഹോബി എന്നു തോന്നുന്നു. Boat നു ഒരു complaint രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്താൽ അവർ തന്നെ pick up ചെയ്യും എന്നാൽ ഇവർക്ക് നമ്മള് തന്നെ കൗറിയർ ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കണം .അവർ ആകെ 100 രൂപ തരും നമ്മുക് അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആവും. Dtdcൽ ഞാൻ courier ചെയ്തെ അവർ 150 രൂപ മേടിക്കും പിന്നെ പാക്കിങ്, travel expense എല്ലാം കൂടെ ഒരു 100 ആകും. പിന്നെ തിരിച്ചു അവർ dtdc ൽ അന്ന് return ചെയ്യുന്നതും അതു പിക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ പൊന്നേൽ അതിന്റെ expense വേറെ .അങ്ങനെ total 300. ഞാൻ 3 തവണ ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു, എന്റെ expense ന്റെ കൂടെ കുറച്ചു കൂടെ ഇടുവായിരുന്നേൽ എനിക്ക്‌ വേറെ മേടിക്കായിരുന്നു😂.So ആരും കുഴിയിൽ ചെന്നു ചാടേല്ലേ..
