For example, the author Robert Hastings (of 'UFOs and Nukes', 2nd ed., 2017) presents military officer testimony detailing scenarios where nuclear weapons we're deactivated while UFOs hovered above. Interesting and worthwhile video. Languages were designed during the 1960s for possible use in the event of alien contact. By contemporary standards, these linguistics attempts were naive and will be of little utility.
