Those are really good sound cars. At one time I was a very dedicated to the Nissan brand. I had a 92 Maxima and a 01 Infiniti, the thing ran forever.

Nice ride brother! I have the same one a 2011 sv with the technology package. Got 72, 000 miles on it now. I was like you driving 3 hours a day round trip to work and back but now retired. I had a 2005 maxima before this one that I put 220, 000 miles on it and had to replace the transmission at 152, 000 miles. I had rode that car pretty hard always flying and it still held up. I always run 5w 30 valvoline full synthetic in them and I think that’s why they last. My current one is babied a lot and garage kept. They are great cars for a long commute

you really can't beat a 2010 maxima. These cars have 290 HP and they have so many different features for the price point

Sharp car, every needs a good daily driver. Especially traveling to and from work like yourself. My nephew has one with like 170k on the clock. It will run forever

I just purchased a 2010. 229k miles and everything works. Np with it at all. All the options still work and the engine is solid. Great video bro.

you don't hear them shift because they don't actually have gears it's a belt with clutch rings. when the transmission starts going bad you don't hear a knock you hear a whistling. it's the belt. long as you go easy with them put the E brake on on hills don't neutral drop or ram it from reverse to drive it should hold up. the issue with these transmissions is mainly belt goes out from getting to hot. that's why they suggest changing the transmission fluid every 25k miles. sometimes the cooling systems will burn up in them because there's not enough or too much transmission fluid has to be just right it has to be the CVT transmission fluid not normal transmission fluid because it's a belt drive. it's 50/50 w
the CTV if you take care of it it should last for a long time if you don't take care of it it won't last a long time.

I got a ‘11 with 72, 000 miles on it. I was like you and driving 1 1/2 to 1 hr 45 minutes to work each day before I retired. I had an ‘05 max before this one and put 220, 000 miles on it before the second tranny started slipping and it started blowing smoke and the rear wheel bearings went. Everything happened at once. They are amazing cars and I really baby the one I have now because I want to keep it as long as I can . Mine is white sv with the technology package and duel roofs

Fam, got a 2010 SV dark slate, Love that car. Had a 01, for 14 years.. Beautiful. All you need are some T194 led bulbs, for the 2 lights above console, bottom of doors, lights over backdoors.. Safe
