I wouldn't be surprised if we hold 5 or more goals to Benfica over 2 legs, but still win the tie. In a two legged tie, we should be the more consistent team. Visca Barca! 💙❤

Although I have faith that barca will win, I'm still worried for them. That match against Atletico highlighted alot of our weaknesses. And Benfica will try their best to exploit that. We need to control the game from the start to finish.

Real Sociedad game can definitely be won with set piece goals if necessary. Lucky for us we have Olmo, Gavi, Fermín and Ferran who can take on a more prominent role in the upcoming La Liga match in order for other players to keep the hunger for goals.

Lamine is unique and can score and still have a big impact later in the week.

I would just like teammates to catch raphinha’s runs. Plenty of times I see him going into spaces that would have him clear defense like he consistently has earlier the season.

We made mistakes and we’ll have to learn to stop making those mistakes. Benfica was very fortuitous in that last game, and our form right now is FANTASTIC. What I really love is, the first thing you mentioned - our mentality. Coming back against Atleti at ALL wouldn’t have happened in 6/8 of the last years with this team. We are confident and collected. Wins against Madrid and Bayern away, as well as Dortmund - COMPREHENSIVE wins - are showing we are capable of beating literally *anyone*.

Our commitment to a play style is fantastic. If you want to come out and play us…good luck! More than half the damn team is in form, and we even have a super sub or two!

I just think that we should really learn the lesson here that multiple managaers should have and we should take from last week - WHEN THE GAME IS SAFE, PROTECT YOUR LEAD A BIT. It’s fine to get Casado on and your fullbacks tucked in the last 20’ of a game when you’re 4-2 up, Hansi 😭

If not for some of our mistakes in that match the game could have ended 1-4 or 2-4 . We just need to stay focus and benfica wouldn’t have a chance

I don't agree wholly with the FDJ assestment, 95% of the time I've seen him make a safe pass even when Raphinha is constantly making runs in behind, his intensity has improved but I'm always worrying about him making some bozo mistake just by being distracted. I prefer Casado, his intensity in always present, has great passing range and vision, and he is a defensive pest in the midfield. The true creative risk-taker in the midfield is Pedri, he's been absolutely carrying Barca's midfield this past couple of months.

Shut up, and If the penalty on Yamal is a penalty so the one on Barreiro was definitely penalty too .
Varça has an amazing team I can't say otherwise but don't underestimate Benfica or you will regret it, like 2 years ago, they lost the first game at Benfica home and Draw in Camp Nou so I would have a bit more respect .
