Not as a defense of Lawson, but I'm reminded that David didn't come clean about his adultery and murder UNTIL HE GOT CAUGHT BY NATHAN. Sin is great UNTIL IT ISNT and you see and smell the rotten stench of it.

I've been divorced since 2019 and single. I have not kissed any women or spent any time with any out of my workplace ever since. there is zero excuse for cheating on your wife. we have self-control, giving to us by God, so we don't wind up in these types of situations. it takes two to tango, as the old saying goes. and it's true.

Since Steve Lawson had a public & international ministry, it is important that he make a public apology. He needs to apologise to those who faithfully prayed for him & financially supported him. Until there is a public apology, it's hard to believe there has been genuine repentance.

Thanks Mike, great video. I’m most impressed (for lack of a better word) at the level of deceit Lawson was able to manage and pull off, and for so long. Even those who were closest to him were not discerning things and were completely blinded. That’s a scary reality. Praise God that He sees and He loves the Church enough to bring these things to light.

What Voddie Baucham is saying about the local church moved me. This is the place where everything happens, we should stop complaining about our local churches. They aren't perfect, we members are not so how can they ! Let's pray for our pastors, elders, deacons... And let's read and read the Bible until it becomes a major part our lives. God bless you all.

I felt truly betrayed when the news broke. I held him in such high regard. He did help me understand the importance of setting my eyes on Jesus alone. All things really do work for the good.
