the education and health model of AAP is being talked about. I really have to go Delhi to see if that has been so good. Whether Mohalla clinics are indeed functional and whether public schools are now competition with private schools.
If AAP is so confident then let them do a social audit.
But one model that has worked in Delhi is the PDS model where people talk about its vast improvement.
