Fun fact: Fratton Park is also the only professional English football ground not located on mainland Britain

Got some facts wrong here, Cardiff blues have not played at Cardiff City Stadium in over a decade and they never plan to return, they currently play at Cardiff arms park.

Deepdale is designed with the Luigi Ferraris stadium in Genoa as the blueprint, and the face of Bill Shankly is in the stands.

Coventry fan here, I’m pretty sure the plans for a new stadium have been cancelled.

I was alway told the first game under floodlights was Portsmouth vs Newcastle in the 50s at Fratton Park

Oxford's capacity might increase to around 14, 500 if a 2000 seater temporary stand in the open end comes to fruition.

Cardiff Blues have been playing at Cardiff Arms Park again since 2012.

*Correction: Bristol Rugby hasn’t played their games at Ashton Gate since 1920 ! Bristol Rugby have only played there since 2014/15 season having previously played at the Memorial ground…Now the Memorial Stadium. It opened in 1921, dedicated to the memory of local rugby union players killed during the First World War.
In 1996, Bristol Rovers moved in as tenants of Bristol Rugby Club and then entered into joint ownership through the Memorial Stadium Company. After just two years, in 1998, the rugby club was relegated from the Premiership (causing severe financial difficulties). Under the agreement's terms, Bristol Rovers could buy Bristol Rugby's share of the stadium for a "nominal fee, " a clause designed to protect either party should one or the other fall into financial difficulties. The rugby club became tenants in their original home!!!

I never noticed this before, but nearly all the smallest stadiums from the Championship are located in the south.

The MKM Stadium is owned by Hull City Council. Hull City own the SMC which is responsible for managing the stadium.

Good video. The SoL was originally 42, 800 when it opened, and was expanded to 48k after 4 seasons

My team has the 16th biggest capacity in the championship. I thought we would be one of the smallest tbh.
